Many media reports do inform us of about 95 crore Indians being provided with ration by the government. Recently published regulations for ration cards require that all names appearing on said cards undergo E-KYC. By failing to do so, they’ll have their names deleted from the ration cards. Let us tell you that the last date for getting E-KYC done for ration card holder is 31 December 2024. Those who have not done E-KYC yet should rush to the nearest ration card center because from January 01, 2025 onwards, all those people will be removed from the ration card who fail to do E-KYC.

Names will be removed in large numbers

As of now, several people did not complete the E-KYC process for ration card applications, so it must be said that in the early days of 2025, names of those who had not completed E-KYC would be struck off from the list of ration card holders.
