I would like to inform you that from January, the central government has decided to transfer a sum of Rs 1,000 to the accounts of certain ration card holders belonging to the special category. This will help many economically weaker sections of families.
Who will get the benefit of this new scheme?
The government has decided to credit a sum of Rs 1000 into the accounts of ration card holders. It stated that Rs 1000 will be credited to the accounts of persons who have done their E-KYC. Those who have not completed their E-KYC won’t receive any benefit from this scheme.

if you have now not done E-KYC yet, you may go to your nearest ration card office and go through the process of getting E-KYC done. it is a reasonably simple procedure. For E-KYC, one needs to go through biometric verification the usage of an Aadhar card at the nearest ration card center.
