Arrears Will Be Available With DA

To tell you, an amount for balance salary and pension for the second half of 2024 July to December would be paid in 2025 with a 3% added bonus DA. Government employees and pensioners will also enjoy the benefits of increased DA along with their arrears. Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel has announced a new year’s bonanza for employees. The government has hiked gratuity by 25% so that now these employees will get Rs. 25 lakh at the time of retirement. So far, government employees in Gujarat used to get Rs. 20 lakh as gratuity at retirement, which is now increased to Rs. 25 lakh. According to a report, it is said that this decision has been taken by the Gujarat government to get benefits and financial security for its employees.
