The latest information from the government here is that it is going to announce that before this new year, the central government will increase the salaries of all employees by an average of 20%. How much will salary of employees increase
According to the news reports coming in, it is being said that all preparations are done to increase salary for employees. Now just waiting for the official announcement, it is said at the end of December, there will be an announcement by the central government granting salary increase to employees. It is said that starting from the new year 2025, the salary of every government employee will be increased by 20%. So, an employee having a salary of 20000, his 20 percent would be applied from the new year and that employee gets a salary of 24 thousand rupees.
12 lakh employees and pensioners will get benefit
As all are aware, up till now, there have been only 7 Pay Commissions in India. Every new Pay Commission gives a hike in the salary of government employees. Currently, news is coming that the preparations for the implementation of the 8th Pay Commission are in full swing and might come into force in April, 2025. Let us tell you that at the moment, in January itself, on this new year, the government is preparing to increase the salary and pension of more than 1.2 million government employees and Tata pensioners by 20 percent.
