Under such conditions, it is said that the basic salary of the employees should increase up to 174 percent.
Fitment factor will also increase
As you all know, the 7th Pay Commission has 2.57 percent fitment factor at the moment, yet information received states that under the new pay commission, this factor will rise to 2.87 percent. Let us tell you that after the implementation of the new pay commission, the salary of those who have a salary of Rs 18,000 would get an increment of Rs 500, thus their salary will be Rs 18,500.
